You must be fun, energetic, enthusiastic & happy to lead a group.

You need to be a confident communicator, fluent in English and enjoy the outdoors.

Be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month and preferably more. We only offer Saturday work.

You will need to travel to our activity site at BS48 3QT (And possibly our indoor site at BS32 4AJ). Please check that you can travel to us before agreeing to an interview. There are bus stops close to our venues.

about West Country Games
West Country Games are an events company offering a themed activity day to groups of adults, particularly focusing on stag and hen groups. Participants compete in 9 hilariously themed games, such as Pitchfork Duel, The Cider Run and Wurzel Knockout.
Our outdoor site is situated near Long Ashton (BS48 3QT), just a few miles south of Bristol, and our indoor site in Patchway (BS32 4AJ).
about the job
We are currently offering positions to enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our rapidly growing company as an Activity Instructor.
You will be responsible for leading groups around the games, giving briefings, taking photos and engaging with your group throughout the day. You will also need to be physically fit in order to assist in the setting up and dismantling equipment.
What We're Looking For In A Candidate
Ideal applicants need to be fun, enthusiastic and outgoing, demonstrating excellent communication skills and be able to think on their feet.
You will be in charge of leading your own group of 6-16 adults around the games. We provide a comprehensive training programme that will allow you to build confidence as you gain experience.
If you enjoy the outdoors and want to meet other like-minded people, then this is the job for you!
When & Where
We operate our activity days on Saturdays throughout the year. Hours of work are 830am to 5pm.
There are buses that run from the centre of Bristol to each of our two activity sites. Parking facilities are also available
Rates of pay are competitive and rise as you gain more experience.
