Your group will undertake all the 9 activities, everyone gets a go.

You must be aged 18 years or over to participate.

We request that the balance payment be made 28 days before your activity date. You just need to let us know your final numbers if they have changed at all. If they have changed please go to the ‘Change Booking’ page. If your numbers have not changed simply click on the ‘Pay Invoice’ button at the bottom of the invoice your were provided when you made your booking. This will then take you directly to the payment page for your booking.

We only have limited changing facilities on site, no shower or washing facilities.

We love kids, but I’m afraid we cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to be on site, even if only spectating or being looked after. There are various elements that make the site unsuitable and also unsafe for children. We cannot allow babies or very young children on site, even if under total supervision. Sorry.

Please ensure everyone in your group has socks and trainers, these are a requirement to use the equipment. We recommend that you come dressed in clothing suitable for the weather conditions. All the games are outdoors.

We need to have an estimated group size when booking. Confirm your final group size at least 28 days before your activity date, when we will need to collect the balance payment. Please see ‘Balance Payment’ above.

Expect to be with us for approximately 2-3 hours depending on your group size.

Your group are welcome to come in fancy dress, in fact we highly encourage it!   The fancy dress we have is only for the stag/hen/birthday person, this consists mainly of farm animal onesies and some traditional west country garb.

We have a limited selection of drinks and snacks available at the snack tent.  I’m afraid there are no facilities or room for groups to bring their own picnics and eat them on-site, sorry.

We do not have a maximum group size, but would suggest contacting us if over 30 persons. Our minimum group size is based on 8 persons, however this is only when payment is concerned. If you have less than 8 persons this is OK, it will just mean paying for 8.

We will keep you in your own group, you will not be participating against the other groups. We allocate one of our fully trained activity hosts to be your West Country guide for the whole day!

Your group photos will be available on our website. You will receive an email from us a few hours after your visiting us, letting you know they are ready to laugh at!   Sometimes this maybe a day or two at busy periods.

We are afraid we cannot allow any pregnant ladies to undertake the games for obvious reasons. It’s still great fun to join in with your group just spectating though.

Once a deposit payment has been made, this cannot be refunded.

Once the final balance payment has been made it cannot be refunded in whole or part.

We are unable to offer transport, but can recommend some companies for you. This will save you money booking it direct. Please see our transport page..

The games will take place if it’s raining, we do have tents for some shelter.

If the weather is very severe (i.e. Gales) and the games have to be cancelled, we will make a decision 24 hours prior to the activities taking place and contact you. A full refund will be issued in the unlikely event of a cancellation.
